Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, AirAsia Berhad ("AirAsia") wishes to announce that Tan Sri (Dr.) Anthony Francis Fernandes, a Non-Independent Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of AirAsia, intends to deal in the securities of AirAsia during the closed period prior to the release of the First Quarter results for the year 2017.
