AirAsia wishes to announce that there have not been any further changes in the status of the AirAsia India joint venture since the announcement made on 20 November 2013 on the receipt of the Initial No Objection Certificate ("NOC") from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, India.

AirAsia wishes to announce that further to the announcement made on 30 January 2014, Aimia Holdings UK II Limited has completed the share purchase and the Tranche 1 shares subscription.
