On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company has today filed the relevant court papers to obtain the requisite order from the High Court at Shah Alam pursuant to Sections 366(3), (4) and 370 of the Act to approve the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.
