AirAsia Berhad ("AirAsia" or "the Company") had on, 7 February 2006 announced the receipt of a notification from Y.M. Raja Mohd Azmi bin Raja Razali ("Raja Azmi"), the Chief Financial Officer and a Principal Officer of the Company, pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 (a) of the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Securities of his intention to deal in the shares of AirAsia during the Closed Period.

Further to the aforesaid announcement, AirAsia has today received a notification from Raja Azmi pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 (c) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities in respect of his dealings in the securities of the Company as stated below:-

(a) The disposal of 535,000 Ordinary Shares of RM0.10 each representing 0.02 % of the total issued share capital of the Company on 13 February, 2006 at the price of RM1.70 per share ("Disposal").

Upon completion of the Disposal, the balance of number of shares held by Raja Azmi is as follows:-
